From lead to customer with the product already built
A company that was not yet a customer told us what it needed. The ideas that looked good for the product were already built before it signed, and they stayed for everyone.
Continuous improvement
Most of the product is already built and we build the rest by listening. Everything a customer asks us for improves the application for everyone, which is why GMAO CLOUD never stops evolving.
GMAO CLOUD is well built and covers most of what a maintenance company needs. But every company has its own way of working: a workflow, a demand from one of its own customers, a process that looks nothing like anyone else’s. Instead of asking you to change how you work to fit the software, we study what it does not cover together with you and take it into the product. Even customers who have been with us for years keep evolving, and they ask us for changes and improvements that we keep delivering.
Our product is not closed. We proactively listen to those who are not yet customers and to those who are, and what we find useful to more than one company we build into the product. That is why some ideas were already built before the person who suggested them became a customer.
Some of the needs we have been given and how we have taken them into the product.
A company that was not yet a customer told us what it needed. The ideas that looked good for the product were already built before it signed, and they stayed for everyone.
A chain with many suppliers wanted them to be able to work without signing up. Today it has it: a public link to the work order, with a password and an expiry date, no account needed.
A company with its own logistics and warehouse management processes, with particularities that the system adapted to cover.
An industrial company needed to value the material in its warehouses by FIFO or LIFO. Today each warehouse chooses its valuation method: FIFO, LIFO, average cost or actual cost.
A company needed to register spare-part items by batch and track them. Items with a batch carry their manufacturing date, their expiry date and their cost, and consumption on the work order is traced.
A lead with very specific needs has worked through development proposals with us. If it signs, we commit to building them; those that are good for the product will go into it.
A lot of what looks like customization is configuration and needs no development: custom work-order statuses, per-person permissions, modules you switch on and site hierarchies. What does not fit there we study with you: what is needed, how it fits the product and what it involves. Before committing to anything we tell you which is which.
Leave your details and we will get in touch to see whether we fit. No commitment, no lock-in period.
What we build for one customer does not stay as a one-off copy: it becomes part of the product, and the next company that needs it already has it. That is why every request from any customer ends up making the application better for all the others. It is not a project that ends with the rollout: it is a product that keeps evolving every day with the people who use it.
A sample of what we had in progress in the fourth quarter of 2026, born from what the companies we work with ask us for. It is a snapshot of that moment: some of it may already be available by the time you read this.
Available for supplier users who access the system: a second step by email before signing in.
In development at the end of 2026. To get an incident or the list of a preventive maintenance plan as a PDF, without copying data elsewhere.
In development at the end of 2026. Attach documentation directly to a warehouse item or a spare part and consult it from the administration and from the technicians app.
In development at the end of 2026. Master lists of the operation that can be configured and offered in several languages.
We do not promise that every change will be made. Some requests do not fit the product or what is good for other customers, and we will tell you plainly instead of leaving you waiting.
To a large extent yes, and without development: order statuses, permissions, modules and hierarchies are configured. If what you need does not fit in the configuration, we assess it with you.
Needs change over time and it is normal to ask for changes or improvements after years with us. We listen to them the same way we listen to those who are not yet customers: we assess whether they fit the product for everyone or are specific to your operation.
Yes, when it is useful to more than one company: it becomes part of the product and reaches all customers, and that is continuous improvement. Not everything gets built, and what does not fit we tell you plainly.
With a demo about your operation: you tell us how you work and we see what the product covers as it is and what would need adapting or integrating.
We go through your process with you and tell you what the product covers as it is and what would need adapting or integrating.
