What is a CMMS?
A CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) is software that centralises work orders, assets, preventive maintenance and the full intervention history of an organisation. It replaces spreadsheets and email as the system of record for maintenance.
How long does it take to get GMAO CLOUD running?
It depends on the number of assets and whether data has to be migrated from a previous system. A contained rollout can be live in a few weeks; a migration with full history and ERP integration takes longer. In the demo we review your case and give you a concrete estimate.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes. The technician app is designed to work offline: technicians can read their job, record the work, attach photos and collect the customer signature with no connection, and everything syncs automatically once coverage returns.
Does it integrate with our ERP?
GMAO CLOUD integrates with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision, Sage X3, Holded, QuickBooks and Factura Directa, plus REST, SOAP, SQL, CSV and FTP for other systems.
