From the phone app
Clock in and out with date, time and time zone. One button, no forms.
Working-time tracking
Everyone clocks in from the app, even without coverage. You see the record, correct it with a reason and keep a trace of every correction, with no spreadsheets and no wall clocks.
Recording each employee’s working time is an obligation for any company in Spain. It is usually handled with spreadsheets, paper or a clock nobody remembers to punch, and the result is a record that is hard to correct and hard to justify. Here everyone clocks in from their phone, and whoever manages it sees the whole record and can correct it from the administration, keeping a trace of who changed what and why. This page explains what the tool does; whether it covers what your collective agreement and your specific situation require is for your labor advisor to confirm.
The same application in which your team receives and closes work orders is used to record working time. One system, one app and a single login for the whole staff, instead of one program for maintenance and a different one for time tracking.
Anyone with access to the app can clock in: technicians, administrative staff, managers and supervisors. The feature is switched on for the whole installation, so the entire staff clocks in the same way, and whoever manages it sees and corrects every record from the administration, with permissions that decide who can edit, delete or validate.
Designed so it takes ten seconds for the person and leaves nothing missing for you.
Clock in and out with date, time and time zone. One button, no forms.
Without coverage, the clock-in is stored on the device and syncs by itself when the network is back.
You can record where the clock-in happens when entering and leaving. It is optional and you configure it for the whole installation.
When the shift ends you enter the break time and, if there was one, the reason.
A record you can correct without losing traceability.
By date, by status and by person, with counters of what is pending. It exports to Excel and CSV.
From the administration, whoever has permission edits a clock-in and must enter the reason. The shift is marked as corrected.
Corrections made from the administration are recorded: who changed what, when and why, with the history available shift by shift.
Whoever has permission validates or rejects shifts, in bulk if needed. A rejection always carries its reason.
Forgotten clock-ins are the real problem of any time tracking.
The app reminds people it is time to clock in at the hour you set for the whole company or per person and weekday. They respect holidays and vacations.
If a shift has been open for too long, a warning goes out before it reaches the limit.
When the maximum time you define is reached, the shift closes by itself and is marked as an automatic close so it gets reviewed.
Leave your details and we will get in touch to see whether we fit. No commitment, no lock-in period.
Time tracking is the base; around it, what you need to manage your staff.
Attach each person’s documents, with an expiry date so you never find out late.
What each person can do, so work goes to whoever can do it.
Each person belongs to a work center, and holidays are defined per center.
The staff’s vacations and absences, in the same system where the work is planned.
Every week the technician receives their hours report, and their team lead receives the team’s.
The staff clocks in, checks and works from the same mobile app they use for the rest of their work.
Many companies need to record working time before anything else. You can start with time tracking and add work orders, assets or personnel management later when you need them, without changing system.
Then your team already has the app: time tracking is in the same one. If you want us to go through it with you, how it is configured and how to make the most of it with your staff, write to us.
Time tracking records clock-in and clock-out, with the break time and its reason when the shift is closed. It does not calculate hour balances or overtime, it does not track a break with a start and an end, and it does not digitally sign the record. If you need any of that, tell us and we will assess it.
